You will be required to submit a proposal on your intent to secure an oil bloc from the Nigerian government (Letter of Intent) and Refinery Profile. Spot-lift TTT also available. The proposal must meet or include the following:
1. Submission of complete Refinery Profile.
A. Estimated annual refinery turnover must not be less than USD $4, 500, 000, 000. 00 (Four Billion, Five Hundred million U. S. Dollars) .
2. Once you meet this parameter you are considered eligible to bid for an Oil Bloc (well) from the Nigerian government.
A. You can also bid for a Contract Allocation (CIF) from the Nigerian government.
( 1) This would be for a period of 6 (six) months, 9 (nine) months, 1 (one) or 2 (two) years, dependant on buyer request. In these selections you will have a maximum of 2-4 million barrels monthly for these time frames.
Products can be received via TTT (Transshipment) . In this case you would send a CPA and POF and the Seller will send his SPA for endorsement. You can get products either in Dollars or Naira. You can use as many vessels as you choose. The Letter of Intent and Refinery Profile can be submitted without the presence of the bidder / buyer. Many of the preliminary transactions can be concluded without the physical presence of the bidder / buyer. The final stage of the transaction will require physical representation from the bidder / buyer for an interview and signing of the final contract in order to conclude the transaction.

AARMEG to be paid $1.00 to $2.00 USD per barrel as the buyer mandate, agent, facilitator agent. After the prospective buyer has agreed to a buyer mandate, agent, facilitator agent agreement for the commission payment(s) to AARMEG, the buyer submission of the Letter of Intent and Refinery Profile may be submitted through AARMEG or directly submitted to the seller agent representative or entity (ies) .
As a reminder, it is not necessary for the bidder / buyer (s) to be physically present in Nigeria/UK in order to present the Letter of
Intent and Refinery Profile. These items can be sent via Courier Service. A reply to the LOI and Refinery Profile would be made in short order. At the preference of the bidder / buyer, an authorized Executive Management Level AARMEG Corporation representative from the USA may represent the buyer with buyer mandate authority, at the expense of the bidder / buyer. If this preference is chosen, a small advance will be paid by the bidder / buyer for travel (1st Class or Business Class) , Hotel accommodations and Per Diem at normal and customary business rates for Corporate Executives.
